Transient

Debut EP, following contributions to the Stochastic Resonance's Numbers Trilogy compilations, this release presents three original tracks and three remixes.

The original compositions combine rhythms and abrasive textures with granular waves and IDM-inflected atmospheres, creating autonomous pieces that interlock within a larger sonic architecture. The remixes—by Mariano, Yoshitaka Hikawa, and Nasti—reinterpret Transient Hopes through minimal interventions, deconstructions, and genre-bending twists, each offering a different perspective on the work’s central theme.

Designed as a tangible object as much as a sonic one, the EP comes as a compact disc packaged in a custom paper bag with a printed poster, extending the listening experience into a physical, visual dimension. The graphic design and packaging reflect the same tension explored in the music: between the artificial and the human, the transient and the lasting.

At its core, Transient is an attempt to chart a fragile bridge between machine logic and human emotion—recognizing both as temporary states, fleeting yet resonant.
